Yes, this is designed specifically for couples interested in having their ceremony at Adirondack Treehouse Wedding. An appointment must be scheduled in advance in order to see the event space and grounds.
In the event of inclement weather, we provide a ceremonial wedding tent which is set up at all times.
We are located in the Southern Adirondacks of New York state and 550 feet above sea level. Winters are usually very cold and snowy which gives way to winter thaw and spring rain. In May, the sunshine warms and the tree bud's break. Song birds and bees begin to return. Average highs are 60+ with cooler nights.
From here, the weather gradually warms and summers have some added humidity.
September begins to cool off as it ushers in Autumn, with warm days averaging in the 70's and cooler nights.
October is cool and crisp with peak fall foliage and vibrant autumn colors.

Yes, we have an expanded bathroom which includes a dressing area equipped with full-length mirror, vanity with lighted mirror and a spot to hang clothes. There is also the treehouse where you will be staying that provides a great place for the groom to get ready for your big day.
That depends on the particular package that you choose. Some of the items that may be included are: officiant, photographer, florals, cake, treehouse stay and of course the event space.
We do provide table coverings, plates, napkins, glasses, cake stand and cake cutting utensils.
Yes, a 30% non-refundable payment is required within 14 days of receiving the contract. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your event date. In the unfortunate case that you would need to cancel your event; your final payment will be forfeited if cancellation notice is given 30 days or less prior to event.
No, we will have them at the Adirondack Treehouse Wedding prior to your arrival.
Yes, you are responsible for getting your marriage license. The couple must apply in person together in any town, city, or village clerk's office within New York State. A 24-hour waiting period is required after receiving the license before the ceremony can take place. The license is valid for 60 days from the day after it is issued.
Our deep well, in the town of Greenfield, is known to be some of the best drinking water in all of New York state.
